Terms of the sale : Buyer agrees to be bound by the following conditions of sale and accepts the terms herein:

1. Buyer agrees to have annual vet checks and shots current. A Statement of good health 
will be provided at the time of shipment + European passport. This kitten/cat has been vaccinated against panleukopenia, rhino and rabies. 

2. The Buyer agrees that this kitten/cat is to be used for their own breeding program and can not be resold, given away or leased as a whole cat to anyone else with out the breeder’s permission. Males cats can not be used at public stud with out the breeder’s permission. If the cat is no longer needed for the breeding purposes, he must be neutered and placed as pet in a good home

3. Females can't be still used in breeding program after the maximum of 6 years old. Females must be spayed and placed in good home. They are not "machines" to produce kittens.

4. Any kittens produced from this cat cannot be sold, leased, traded or given to anyone
living in France, with the exception of pets that are neutered before they are transferred. 
Any kittens/cats produced from this cat can not be sold in Pet Shops.

Health Guarantee

This kitten/cat is guaranteed against death due to congenital defect or deformity for one (1) year from the date of sale. Replacement of kitten/cat with one of equal quality only, and only with a Veterinarian Certificate stating the cause of death. No cash refund will be given.
